With all the hustle and bustle as Christmas celebrations are planned and executed, the 2Brothers Family has taken a little time off to enjoy family and to spread some holiday cheer with another love of ours...cooking! A strong, long-established tradition among Creole men is to teach their sons the art and skill of fine food preparation. So, at each holiday, I try to hold to some of that tradition by gifting my family with some hand-me-down Creole dishes! Here's one staple that's easy enough anyone can do it! Merry Christmas!
